Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. Ariel Khadr started her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 years old, and she gave up the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17, she won her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license when she was 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her university education. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year the year 2015. She continued where she left off in previous competitions, including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After the initial event for a number of years, aiming for bigger and better goals every year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show was a success and she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. Ariel had to compete against the best of top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Warming up is usually done before the actual exercise. Ariel is also extremely efficient in her work. The supersetting of all back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is the way she is doing.
