Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
After being inspired initially by the shadows she observed on the grass of the trees, she worked for months to create a method that does not portray the object in a 2D picture. The subject is a mirror of itself, and the canvas carries an interpretation by painting of the object. This is especially true in the case of a living object or perishable such as fruit or people. The ephemeral nature of her painting style is evident and the only thing that remains of Alexa Meade's works is a photographic image. Trompe l'oeil can be achieved through the combination of two methods of painting and photographing. It creates a flattened, two dimensional picture. Meade has also integrated her painted models within the 3-dimensional space around the models. Interaction between them as well as the world they created is conceivable. This is a way of breaking down the barriers between photography, painting performance and installation.
